Sales Consultant for Growing Company!

PeopleFacts is looking for dynamic Inside Sales Consultants that will advance our mission to help businesses make safe and informed hiring decisions. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the main driver for new business generation and a consultative client liaison that drives top line revenue and gross profits by selling PeopleFacts products and services, staying abreast of industry initiatives and growing strong relationships with clients and prospects within your territory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and grow a book of business within an assigned territory.
• Identify key management personnel within target leads by utilizing various prospecting methods.
• Generate new account revenue by selling Screening Services to targeted businesses (Staffing Agencies, and other Industry targets as defined by business unit leader).
• Create Customized Package Pricing, Price Point Comparison, Finalize Pricing Proposal and Usage Agreement.
• Work with Implementation Managers to ensure a successful client onboarding.
• Consistently meets or exceeds each of the defined sales performance metrics (Standards of Performance).
• Clearly and consistently report activities, client contact, updates and any other required information within Salesforce.com.
• Maintains a high level of proficiency with the SalesForce.com CRM, and utilizes it to prospect to new customers and manage ongoing sales efforts.
• Continually gain industry, product knowledge and sales skill development with personal efforts and company provided training.
• Provides continuous feedback to the Unit Director on areas for increasing effectiveness with sales process, insights on competition, and suggestions for overcoming customer objections.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of inside B2B Sales Experience
• Strong phone selling skills that include appointment setting, presenting PowerPoints and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional poise and demeanor.
• Ability to gain confidence and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
• Excellent time and organizational management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong yet non-confrontational negotiating skills. Ability to handle conflict and resolve problem situations in a level headed manner.
• Computer skills to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Keyboarding skills of 40+ wpm

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• SalesForce or other CRM experience highly preferred.
